Normally I don't have any issues. However back on May 3rd I called in to get 2 separate vehicle quotes. One being a BMW and the other being a Mercedes. I decided on the Mercedes and received the insurance binder for said vehicle the same day. Insurance cards came in the mail and my Mercedes wasn't insured, but the BMW that never left the car lot was. Mind you the insurance cards came June 15th. Frustrated I call to speak to someone and Bret informed me that Christine was no longer employed and she was the one that handled the policy on May 3rd. I had to send the insurance binder over to Bret because he knew nothing about the Mercedes yet I have a binder for it. I couldn't leave the lot without it. Bret has blamed everyone else for this issue and got mad at me because I was frustrated. He talked trash about the State Farm Customer Service on a recorded line. The mistake happened on your end take accountability for it and work fast to fix it. That's it that's all. Let's be clear I have multiple policies with this office for years and treatment during this interaction is beyond poor as if I didn't do what I was supposed to do. 1/10 do not recommend or if you do please study your documents. You could be driving a vehicle that isn't insured and be making insurance payments on one that never left the car lot.
